Yes, we ship to FPO and APO! We will ship to Canada and Europe BUT shipping prices might be higher. Please email us at help@falconschest.com prior to placing an order. Other arrangements can be made but must be agreed upon via email prior to purchase. We try our best to ship your orders as quickly as possible. About 95% of all orders are shipped and delivered on time. However, some delays may occur. Here are the top reasons for delays to help you understand and avoid those delays. They are listed in a descending order in approximate frequency of occurrence. 1. Wrong address or zip code used in the order. Shipping companies can't deliver and may send the packages back to us. 2. High-value and custom items are ordered without a manned, working phone number for phone verification. Chances for credit card fraud are much higher for these items. You must have a working phone number with your order. 3. No one at the shipping address to accept the package. The Post Office may send the package back to us. 4. Holiday Season delays between Thanksgiving and Christmas. Shipping companies often do not guarantee any shipment a couple of weeks before Christmas. Make your gift arrangements early.
RETURN POLICY If your order arrives damaged, we recommend that you refuse delivery, then notify us so that we can track the return and issue your replacement or refund in a timely manner. 1.
